Outside Of Time Hospitality is free: all five wings, The Sommelier's Codex, The Bartender's Ledger, The World Table, First Light and Calendar For Life, open in full. There is no subscription, no checkout, no account and no payment of any kind. It is built and shared for the owner's own crew, family and friends, and for anyone in the trade who finds it useful. If a paid edition ever returns, these terms will change first and say so plainly; nothing you can do today creates a charge tomorrow.
Nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign in to. Each wing keeps its work in the browser it was made in, so on your own device nobody's history, notes or scores are visible to anyone else. On a shared device everyone using that browser shares one record, because these apps ask for no name and keep only one. Nothing moves between devices unless you export and import it yourself.
The wings are study aids and companions, written for working hospitality professionals. They are not professional, legal, or medical advice. In particular: laws on the service of alcohol vary by place and change: verify anything that matters against your local rules, not against a flashcard. First Light is a daily practice, not therapy, and its sky and chart pages are reflection, not counsel. Calendar For Life describes real festivals whose dates and details drift: confirm before you fly.
The Sommelier's Codex is an independent study tool for candidates preparing for the examinations of the Court of Master Sommeliers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Court of Master Sommeliers in any way, and its question banks are its own study material, not examination content.
The content is licensed to you for your own study and practice. It does not license scraping, bulk export, republishing, or resale. The passages quoted in First Light's Makers track and in Calendar For Life are short attributed excerpts, public domain or quoted under fair use, and the practice films belong to their creators. Your own work (notes, journals, menus, records) is yours, and the export tools exist so you can always take it with you.
The wings are built local-first: once loaded, each one works offline, and installing a wing keeps it working with no connection at all. Beyond that engineering, no uptime is promised: this is a small, honest thing shared with friends, not a platform with a status page. Content is corrected and extended over time.
The service is provided as it stands. To the extent the law allows it, liability for anything arising from its use is limited as far as the law allows: you paid nothing for it. Nothing in these terms limits what the law does not allow to be limited.
These terms can change. The date at the top moves when they do, and a material change is announced on the hub before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
