- 1kg peaches, sliced
- 150g sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100g pecans, chopped
- For the topping: 190g flour, 100g sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 115g butter melted, 180ml milk

Method
- Toss the peaches with sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon and spread in a buttered dish.
- Whisk the topping ingredients into a batter and spoon it over the fruit in patches.
- Scatter the pecans over the top.
- Bake at 190C for 45-50 min until the topping is gold and the fruit bubbles. 50 min
