Method

  1. Soften each ice cream slightly so it can be layered without melting.
  2. Press a layer of chocolate into the bottom of the cone.
  3. Add strawberry, then Palmer House, then pistachio.
  4. Top with a cap of orange sherbet.
  5. Serve immediately: the layers are meant to show in a rainbow slice.
