  • 4 kielbasa sausages
  • 4 long soft buns
  • For the fries: 500g cut fries, fried crisp
  • For the slaw: 300g cabbage, 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, salt
  • 250ml barbecue sauce, warmed

Method

  1. Grill or fry the kielbasa until browned and blistered.
  2. Fry the potatoes until deeply crisp and salt them.
  3. Dress the cabbage with mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and salt for a quick slaw.
  4. Set a sausage in each bun, then pile the fries directly on top.
  5. Douse with warm barbecue sauce and crown with slaw. Eat with many napkins.
