  • 500g smoked sausage, in chunks
  • 6 ears corn, halved
  • 2kg shrimp, shell on
  • 150g Old Bay
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 lemons, halved
  • Butter and cocktail sauce

Method

  1. Bring a very large pot of water to a boil with the Old Bay, onion, and lemons.
  2. Add the potatoes and boil 10 min. 10 min
  3. Add the sausage and corn and boil 8 min more. 8 min
  4. Add the shrimp and cook 3 min only, until they just turn pink. 3 min
  5. Drain the whole pot and pour it out onto a newspaper-covered table. Serve with butter and cocktail sauce.
