- 1.5kg small new potatoes
- 500g smoked sausage, in chunks
- 6 ears corn, halved
- 2kg shrimp, shell on
- 150g Old Bay
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 lemons, halved
- Butter and cocktail sauce

Method
- Bring a very large pot of water to a boil with the Old Bay, onion, and lemons.
- Add the potatoes and boil 10 min. 10 min
- Add the sausage and corn and boil 8 min more. 8 min
- Add the shrimp and cook 3 min only, until they just turn pink. 3 min
- Drain the whole pot and pour it out onto a newspaper-covered table. Serve with butter and cocktail sauce.
