  • 200g sour cream
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • Black pepper

Method

  1. Crumble the blue cheese, leaving some larger pieces for texture.
  2. Whisk the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon, and grated garlic.
  3. Fold in the blue cheese and chives, leaving it chunky.
  4. Season with black pepper: the cheese brings the salt.
  5. Chill 1 hour and serve with vegetables and crackers. 60 min
