Montana Huckleberry Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 200g huckleberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 250ml cold milk
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Blend the huckleberries with the milk and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the ice cream and salt.
  3. Blend briefly, just until thick: over-blending melts it.
  4. Pour into a chilled tall glass.
  5. Serve at once with a fat straw.
