- 500g roast turkey, sliced thick
- 300g stuffing, warm
- 250ml cranberry sauce
- 200g mayonnaise

Method
- Split the rolls and spread both faces with mayonnaise.
- Layer the warm stuffing along the bottom half, pressing it into an even bed.
- Pile the turkey on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey rather than the bread, so it does not soak through.
- Close, press gently, cut on the diagonal, and serve while the stuffing is still warm.
