  • 500g roast turkey, sliced thick
  • 300g stuffing, warm
  • 250ml cranberry sauce
  • 200g mayonnaise
  • Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Split the rolls and spread both faces with mayonnaise.
  2. Layer the warm stuffing along the bottom half, pressing it into an even bed.
  3. Pile the turkey on top and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey rather than the bread, so it does not soak through.
  5. Close, press gently, cut on the diagonal, and serve while the stuffing is still warm.
